Road Representatives
One of the unique features of Hinchley Wood Residents Association is our system of road representatives, who distribute newsletters, collect subscriptions and meet regularly with our councillors and the Executive Committee. A good way to raise issues of concern is through your road representative: you may well find that other people who live near you share the same concerns. If you do not know who your road representative is, please contact the Subscriptions Secretary, giving your address and telephone number, and he will arrange for you to be put in contact with the representative for your road. There are a number of vacancies and volunteers to fill them are always welcome. The duties are not onerous and are a good way to get involved in the community. Please contact the Subscriptions Secretary for further information.
