This is a well-used horse field and local residents would like to keep it that way. You can see the details of the proposed development on the Elmbridge planning portal under reference 2026/0577. This is just one of a number of potential developments on the Green Belt surrounding Hinchley Wood and our neighbours in Claygate and Long Ditton. Please join the meeting on 5 Aug, which will be held in St Christopher's Church Hall on Claygate Lane, if you would like to find out more about these developments, how they will impact us, and how you can influence them.
